Two people were arrested Thursday afternoon after complaints to police that illegal drug sales were going on in an open lot at 20th and Tamaroa streets.
Lt. Bryan Stark said in a 10-minute surveillance, police observed at least three people coming and going.
Police swarmed the alleged traffickers, recovered crack cocaine, an imitation controlled dangerous substance and marijuana, Stark said.
Two people were arrested in connection with drugs and drug paraphernalia: Quinton Moore, 24, and Raymond B. Teague, 41. A third man was arrested on unrelated warrants.
The six grams of crack cocaine recovered is worth about $100 a gram, Stark said.
