Police seek public’s help to find robbery suspect

— Muskogee police are seeking the public’s help to find a man who robbed a local pharmacy.
A man threatened to shoot up Drug Warehouse on West Okmulgee Avenue if he wasn’t given drugs he demanded in a note he gave a clerk, police said Friday.
Muskogee Police Sgt. Bryan Farmer said the clerk passed the note to a pharmacist, who put the demanded prescription drugs Xanax and Lortab in a sack. No weapon was seen.
“You have 10-15 seconds before I start shooting,” he allegedly told the clerk, Farmer said.
As the suspect left with the drugs, the clerk pushed an alarm button, which locked down the pharmacy, Farmer said.
The incident occurred about 5:49 p.m. Thursday.
Police have multiple videos from Drug Warehouse which show different angles of the suspect, who also has a distinct walk.
The suspect is described as being a white man in his late 30s to early 40s, about 6 feet 1 inch tall. He has brown hair and was wearing a red T-shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and an OU ball cap at the time of the incident.
