Rhonda Goins is the winner of the Greater Muskogee Area Chamber of Commerce “Shop Muskogee During the Azalea Festival.”
Goins won $500 plus a $500 bonus for shopping Muskogee and having receipts totaling at least $100 from Muskogee merchants during April.
She plans to go shopping and pay bills with her winnings.
