Published June 17, 2008 04:01 pm - PM UPDATE: Oxley Foundation sponsors scholarship for Hilldale student Hank Harbaugh, a trustee of the Oxley Foundation, congratulates 2008 Academic All-Stater Scott Lowe of Muskogee during the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence Academic Awards Banquet, held recently in Tulsa. Lowe, a recent graduate of Hilldale High School, is one of 100 outstanding seniors from Oklahoma public schools who were honored as Academic All-Staters. He received a $2,000 All-State scholarship sponsored by the Oxley Foundation. Lowe plans to major in mathematics at the University of Oklahoma.
The academic awards banquet is presented annually by the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence, a non-profit organization that recognizes and encourages academic excellence in Oklahoma’s public schools.
