Published June 18, 2009 11:08 pm - Grand jury indicts area residents From Phoenix staff reports Two Muskogee residents, a Tahlequah man and a Stilwell woman were among those indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury meeting in Muskogee.
Jason Douglas Lee, 24, of Muskogee was indicted for possession with intent to distribute Dihydrocodeinone, a controlled substance and distribution of cocaine base, along with two firearm charges. Ted Donovan Hindsley, 39, of Muskogee was indicted for being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of an unregistered firearm. He allegedly possessed a revolver, a pistol, one rifle and three shotguns affecting commerce. He also possessed three shotguns with a barrel of less than 18 inches in length not registered to him. Donna Sue Jones, aka Donna Sue Scott, 47, of Stilwell was indicted for embezzlement and theft from an Indian Tribal Organization — the Cherokee Nation. Charges arose from an investigation by the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service. Troy Robert Medlin, 52, of Tahlequah was indicted for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and two firearm charges. Others indicted include: Ahdohlowah Esther Tonihka, 63, of Eagletown for embezzlement and theft from an Indian Tribal Organization — the Choctaw Nation; Scott M. Lesueur, 39, of Heavener for embezzlement of government funds — Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General, involving $18,755.
