At a glance • Holding an executive session to consider pending civil suit.
County Commissioners At its regular meeting Monday, the Muskogee County Board of Commissioners: • Approved agreements for juvenile detention with Garfield County Regional Detention Center and Sequoyah Enterprises Inc. • Approved E911 addressing conversions. • Tabled action until next week on agreement with U.S. Department of Agriculture for wildlife control services. Commissioner Gene Wallace said the contract costs each commission district $800 per year. He suggested commissioners talk with a private contractor about trapping beaver and other varmints. • Approved agreement between Women in Safe Home and HUD for application for homeless prevention and rapid re-housing stimulus grant. • Approved signing revised cover sheet on Cloud Creek Bridge project as requested by Holloway, Updike and Bellen. Project has been given a new number and is scheduled to be let for bids next month by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. • Accepted plat of Quail Creek Second Addition owned by Carlile Roberts. • Received bids on ballot printing, janitorial services for the courthouse complex, mowing at the city and a dump/pull truck for District 3.
