Published July 01, 2009 12:19 am - Muskogee man sentenced in federal court on drug conspiracy charge A Muskogee man was sentenced in federal court Tuesday and will spend time in prison for his part in a Eufaula drug conspiracy, said Sheldon J. Sperling, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
Clarence Lee Pierce III, also known as Three, was sentenced to 37 months imprisonment, followed by 60 months of supervised release for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribute controlled substances Pierce, 32, was a co-defendant in the March 12, 2008 federal grand jury indictment of 14 people, Sperling said, noting Pierce participated in the distribution of methamphetamine and other controlled substances out of the Eufaula area.
