WARNER — Two men from Georgia have died after a crash on Interstate 40 in eastern Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 50-year-old Juan Nathan Hatchett of Hardwick, Ga., was driving east on the interstate before his Ford F-250 pickup truck crashed in a construction zone near Warner shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday.
Hatchett and 46-year-old passenger Troy W. Braxley, who is also from Hardwick, were killed in the crash. Two other passengers were taken to a Tulsa hospital, one in serious condition and the other in critical condition.
The highway patrol says none of the four were wearing their seat belts, and three of them were thrown from the pickup truck in the crash.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
