— The Muskogee Medical Center Authority Board of Trustees took the following actions Tuesday:
• Approved minutes of regular meeting May 31.
• Approved financial statements delivered by financial consultant Jim Blair.
• Approved transferring $1.38 million to the Muskogee Medical Foundation.
• Went into executive session to discuss confidential matters involving outstanding legal matters.
• Emerged from executive session without taking any action.
• Went into executive session to discuss employment, hiring, appointment of any individual salaried public officer or employee.
• Emerged from executive session and voted unanimously to extend Blair’s contract by two years after his current contract ends in April 2010.
• Adjourned.
