Ceremony set to dedicate flags

— A ceremony will be held at noon Thursday to dedicate the new flags to be flown in front of the Muskogee Civic Center, said Mayor John Tyler Hammons.
The ceremony will be brief, Hammons said, and will conclude after the American and Oklahoma flags are raised and the Pledge of Allegiance recited.
