Teen center needs volunteers By Cathy SpauldingPhoenix Staff Writer Salvation Army Capt. George Hackbarth said adults can help in all sorts of other areas.
“We probably can use someone to answer the phone and man the front desk to monitor who comes in,” Hackbarth said. People also are needed to help run the Teen Center snack bar, he said. “If someone is interested in sports, they can help out with the sports program,” he said. “They can be pingpong instructors. We also need someone who can help with our computer lab.”
