Published August 04, 2009 11:42 pm - Three held on drug charges From Phoenix Staff Reports Three men, arrested in Wagoner County, face high bonds after a deputy seized drugs in two unrelated traffic stops.
Roger Coleman, 46, of Dallas has been unable to post a $100,000 bond, officials said. Coleman was stopped by Wagoner County Deputy Tyler Brown after 10 p.m. Sunday on U.S. 69 near 280 Road, north of Wagoner. Coleman appeared nervous when he consented for Brown to search the 1999 Ford pickup he was driving, said Wagoner County Sheriff’s Investigator Bob Haley. Brown found two black travel bags containing 15 bags of marijuana weighing 15 pounds and 14 oz., Haley said. A cereal box that was taped shut contained a vacuum-sealed bag containing a white substance that tested for cocaine and weighed 366 grams, Haley said. Two Springfield, Mo., men, arrested in an unrelated drug seizure remain jailed in lieu of $50,000 bond each, according to jail records. They were arrested on U.S. 69 and 690 Road, north of Wagoner, Haley said Stephen Maximo Guiterrez, 36, and Dustin Hagerman, 21, were in a 1997 Cadillac, Haley said. Each has been charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, jail officials said. Brown confiscated six bundles of marijuana that weighed more than six pounds, Haley said.
