Discussion and possible action:

• Regarding the appointment of David Thompson to the Muskogee City-County Port Authority.

• Regarding the appointment of David White to the Muskogee City-County Port Authority.

• Regarding the appointment of John Saxon to the Muskogee City-County Port Authority.

• To approve the city of Muskogee’s appointment of John Schilt to the Muskogee City-County Port Authority.

• To approve the city of Muskogee’s appointment of David Jones to the Muskogee City-County Port Authority.

• To approve the city of Muskogee’s appointment of Richard Haugland to the Muskogee City-County Port Authority.

• Regarding execution of 911 interlocal agreement and resolution with Eastern Oklahoma Development District.

• Regarding the appointment of Harold Nichols to Muskogee County Public Transit Authority Board of Trustees.

• On plans associated with 2008 community development block grant program.
