Doctor files suit against MRMC By Donna HalesPhoenix Staff Writer The suit alleges Capella sanctioned, adopted and/or ratified MRMC’s actions and has perpetuated the wrongful conduct he alleged.

DEFENDANTS: Muskogee Regional Medical Center Authority, dba Muskogee Regional Medical Center; Muskogee Regional Medical Center, LLC (Capella); and Providence Physician Group, Inc. SUIT ALLEGES: Restrain of trade and commerce by substantially lessening competition.
