Published September 22, 2008 11:15 pm - Couple held in alleged sex abuse By Donna Hales Phoenix Staff Writer A Muskogee woman and her boyfriend are expected to be charged with multiple sex-related charges involving minors today, prosecutors said Monday.
Jeremy Parker, 30, and Kerri Webb, 31, are being held without bond in Muskogee County/City Detention Facility. Their arrests came after a Department of Human Services investigation and a police probe were instigated after out-of-town grandparents notified DHS of alleged sexual deviancy and molestation in the home, said police investigator A.J. Rudd. Rudd said Parker, who lived with Webb, first admitted only that it was true he ran around the house naked in front of Webb’s 6-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son. Parker told Rudd he had been unemployed for quite awhile. Webb was working two jobs — one as a cafeteria worker at Muskogee High School and one at a local fast food restaurant, Rudd said. The boy had told Parker and his mother that he did not want to be touched or touch them on private parts, but that and more happened anyway, Rudd said. Both children were made to endure oral sex and other sex acts, watch Parker and Webb having sex and also view pornography on a computer, Rudd said. Parker told police he and Webb were into voyeurism and liked to watch others engaged in sex acts as well as be watched when they were engaged in sex, Rudd said.
