Published October 11, 2008 09:59 pm - Columbus Day closings The following places will be closed Monday for Columbus Day:
Federal and state offices, Muskogee Public Library, Fort Gibson Tag Agency, Rural Water District #5 Muskogee Co., and most financial agencies. The Muskogee Post Office will be closed, but post office boxes and stamp vending machine area will be open, and express mail will be delivered. Bank of Oklahoma will be closed, but its grocery store offices will be open. The following places will be open: Muskogee County Health Department, Sanitation (public works), Muskogee County Transit, Muskogee Tag Agency, Muskogee City Hall, Arvest Bank, BancFirst.
