• Discuss contracts with Muskogee County Health Department for Students Working Against Tobacco adult partners.

• Discuss and vote on entering into contracts with Oklahoma Department of Human Services on school based social workers.

• Discuss and vote on agreement with Professional Development Institute, pending approval of legal counsel.

• Discuss first reading of district policy on general fund balance.

• Discuss sexual harassment policy.

• Discuss contract for secondary career and technology education programs being offered at MPS for 2009.
