CSC, NSU team up to help students Partnership aims to ease degree process By Cathy SpauldingPhoenix Staff Writer Nero said about 225 Connors students earn associate’s degrees or similar certificates each year; 90 percent of them move on to four-year schools.
He said the agreement could help raise public awareness of efforts to build a joint center on the NSU Muskogee campus, 2400 W. Shawnee Bypass. “We’re still meeting on this and still have potential donors for the facility,” he said, adding that plans have been drawn up for the 35,000 square-foot facility. He said a souring economy has put glitches in the project and construction has not begun.
