Alcohol and drug abuse course offered

— A 10-hour Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course will be offered from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday by Muskogee County Council of Youth Services, 4009 Eufaula Ave. The cost is $150.
