The Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission, Oklahoma Conservation Commission and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry in partnership with the Arkansas Timber Producers Association will host a Forestry Best Management Practices Workshop on Thursday. The workshop will be conducted from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. at the OSRC Headquarters Building, two miles northeast of Tahlequah on Oklahoma 10. The workshop is open to all interested individuals and organizations. Individuals and organizations planning to attend this workshop should contact Darryl Hunkapillar, Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry at (888) 403-2232 or Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission at 456-3251 or by e-mail at osrc@fullnet.net to pre-register.
