CONSENT AGENDA:
• Consider approval of the $826,927 actual payroll for the pay period ending Dec. 15.
• Consider approval $825,000 estimated payroll for the pay period ending Dec. 29.
• Consider approval of the report of claims for all city departments for Nov. 26 through Dec. 7.
• Consider approval of a resolution to declare old water meters as surplus property and authorizing the city manager to dispose of them on scrap-metal market.
• Consider approval of low bid of $22,115 for mini-excavator and trailer from Ditch Witch in the amount.
• Consider approval of purchase of illuminated sign from Superior Graphic and Signs for $2,800.
• Consider approval of purchase for Park and Recreation Swim and Fitness Center for central heating and air conditioning system from Acme-Reese in the amount of $6,482.
• Consider approval of low bid of $2,220 for foam for Fire Department from Fire Supply, Inc.
• Consider approval of the final payment of $8,400 to Roger Richter for architectural services for the re-roofing and entrance canopy projects at the Civic Center.
• Consider approval of the final payment of $2,550 to Roger Richter for architectural services and repairs to the Roxy Theater.
• Consider approval of the acceptance of low bid of $52,000 for 1,000 chairs from Virco Co.
• Consider approval of the low bid of $15,700 for 100 rectangular and 40 circular tables from Custom Church Furniture.
• Consider approval of the contract between the City and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services for wildlife damage management program.
• Consider the receipt of E-911 report for November 2007.
REGULAR AGENDA:
• Consider an application to rezone property at 4100 W. Broadway from single-family residential to office and personal service district.
• Consider an application to rezone property at 4100 W. Broadway from single-family to multi-family residential district.
• Consider an application to rezone property at 917 Walnut St. from single-family to multi-family residential district.
• Consider approval of an ordinance modifying the definition for allowable discharge of oil and grease into the city’s wastewater treatment system.
• Consider approval of a resolution pledging financial support for the construction, acquisition or rehabilitation of 39 single-family dwellings located throughout the city.
• Consider approval of an executive session to discuss and thereafter take any necessary action related to employment, hiring and appointment of city manager.
