A protective order filed by Chanel Desiree Boettcher against her husband, Timothy Steven Moss, was dismissed in Muskogee County District Court on Thursday.

Boettcher, 30, and Moss, 32, face multiple drug-related charges and two counts of child neglect.

They were arrested after a search warrant was served last month at their Sixth Street home, according to an affidavit.

Charges were filed against the couple Dec. 17.

Bond was set at $50,000 for Boettcher, and she was released from the Muskogee City/County Detention Facility on Dec. 19, jail officials said. Bond was set at $100,000 for Moss, and he remains in jail.

Boettcher filed the protective order Dec. 23.
