Man jailed after car taken from dealership

Muskogee police arrest Kyle Austin, 18, on Wednesday at his home in the 2400 block of Elizabeth Street. Police said Austin went to a car dealership to test drive a 2011 gray Chevrolet Camaro and allegedly drove the car off the lot, nearly hitting an employee. Austin was found hiding in a shed. He was booked into the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility on a complaint of assault with a dangerous weapon, grand larceny and obstruction of a police officer.
