Police seek info on missing woman, children

Three were last seen on Dec. 28

Muskogee police are seeking information about a woman and two children reported missing earlier this week.

Muskogee Police Department Lt. Bobby Lee said Ciecie Oliver, 31, Zach Oliver, 5, and Zoe Oliver, 6, were last seen Dec. 28.

“There was some information they were possibly headed to Broken Arrow,” Lee said. “But there was also something said about them potentially leaving the country.”

All three were reported missing by Jeff Oliver, Ciecie’s husband, on Wednesday.

Lee said police haven’t been able to make contact with Ciecie Oliver or members of her family.

“We just want to make sure they’re all right,” Lee said. “This might be a case where they wanted to leave and wanted to get away, but we still need to make sure they’re OK.”

Ciecie is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, 105 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes.

Zach is described as being 3 feet 6 inches tall, 48 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.

Zoe Oliver is described as being 3 feet 9 inches tall, 49 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Lee said anyone with information on the Olivers’ whereabouts can call the Muskogee Police Department’s Investigation Division at (918) 680-3110.

Reach Dylan Goforth at (918) 684-2903 or dgoforth@muskogeephoenix.com.
