P.M. UPDATE: Senior spelling bee set

— Eastern Oklahoma Development District/Area Agency on Aging (EODD) announces the Senior Citizens Spelling Bee, honoring May as Older Oklahomans month. Participants are needed for the Spelling Bee planned for 2 p.m. May 1 at the EODD office, 1012 N. 38th St.

If you live in Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Sequoyah or Wagoner County and you are 60 or older, you are eligible to participate. Five trophies will be awarded.
