OBI blood drives start this weekend

— The Oklahoma Blood Institute has several blood drives planned in February.

Donation times, dates, and locations:

• 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, in the OBI bloodmobile parked at Kmart, 4 E. Shawnee Bypass.

• 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, in the OBI bloodmobile parked at Walmart, 1000 W. Shawnee Bypass.

Each donor will receive an OBI “Feel Golden” University of Tulsa T-shirt. Donors can pass on receiving the T-shirt, and OBI will instead donate the amount of the T-shirt’s value to the Global Blood Fund.
