A.M. UPDATE: Eastern District of Oklahoma names new clerk of court

Patrick Keaney has been selected by the judges of the Eastern District of Oklahoma to serve as clerk of court.

Keaney was sworn in as court clerk in a courtroom ceremony in March, with an effective date of service of April 8. 

Keaney began his career in 1985 as a career law clerk for Frank H. Seay, a position he held for 28 years.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1985 from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The public is invited to a reception to recognize Keaney as the new court clerk for the Eastern District of Oklahoma at 2 p.m. June 14 at the United States Courthouse, 5th and Okmulgee streets, Room 315.
