Tulsa man killed in Monday vehicle crash

— The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified a Tulsa man killed in a Muskogee County crash Monday.

Jeremy Norwalk, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Monday on Oklahoma 16, three miles south of Haskell.

The trooper’s report states Norwalk was driving a 2002 Pontiac eastbound on Oklahoma 16 about 6 p.m. Monday when his vehicle went left of center and struck a 2012 Nissan pickup driven by Jonathan Duncan, 24, of Edmond.

Duncan’s pickup rolled onto its driver’s side. He was taken to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, where he was listed in critical condition Tuesday with arm, head, leg, trunk-internal and trunk-external injuries.

The report states both parties were wearing seat belts, and airbags deployed in both vehicles.
