Account set up for family after two die in wake of crash

— A Cares Account has been established to receive donations to help family members reeling from a double-fatality accident last week.

Tiffany Borovetz died Dec. 5 on the Muskogee Turnpike near Coweta after a single-vehicle rollover crash. Five passengers, including Borovetz’ three sons, were injured in the crash. One of her sons, Christopher “C.J.” Crutchfield, 7, died Sunday as a result of injuries he sustained in the crash.

Three passengers — Borovetz’ other sons Dylan, 9, and Jordan, 13 — as well as Clara Chaplin, 42, have been released from the hospital. The final passenger, Quentin Chaplin, 22, had been upgraded to good condition at St. Francis Hospital after being admitted in critical condition.

The account is under the name of Linda Borovetz at Arvest Bank. A bank spokeswoman said donations can be made at any Arvest branch.
