Muskogee library closed until Saturday

— Because of a water pipe break over the holiday weekend, the Muskogee Public Library will be closed until 9 a.m. Saturday.

The children's section will be closed until clean-up is complete and all of the material and equipment can be put back into place. It could possibly close again for one or two days at a later date.

When the library has to close for an emergency, no materials are considered overdue. They do not charge fines on movies when they are not open for business. Fines will begin on the day the library reopens. Therefore, if customers have materials that were due this week they will not be charged for them through Friday.
