• Claims for all city departments April 1 through 12.

• Resolution declaring the property located at 616 N. 20th St., as surplus property and authorize the sale to Josephine Newton for $163.

• Resolution declaring the property located at 809 N. J St., as surplus property and authorize the sale to Michelle Elizabeth Ellis for $163.

• Resolution declaring the properties located at 612 and 616 N. F St., as surplus property and authorize the sale to Abel Diaz Ajuech for $326 (a total of $326 for two lots).



• City-funded employee health insurance, including but not limited to approving a contract for stop-loss coverage.

• Approval of appointment of Kem Frix to the Street Advisory Board, succeeding Mark Bonney, to serve a five-year term, beginning May 1, 2013 and ending April 30, 2018.

• Priority lists and project activities identified during the 2013 Council Retreat.
