Children will receive a Certificate of Character from the mayor, and it will have the official seal of the City of Muskogee. The Council meeting will be broadcast on Suddenlink cable channel 14. The Council chamber is on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 229 W. Okmulgee Ave.
