A.M. UPDATE: Muskogee woman dies in rollover accident

A Muskogee woman was killed in a rollover wreck about 5 p.m. Wednesday and five passengers were seriously injured.

Tiffany Borovetz, 30, who was killed in the wreck, was driving a 1995 Suburban northbound on the turnpike when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle departed the road and rolled over six times, landing on its wheels, according to a Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.

Passenger Clara Chaplin, 42, was admitted to St. John Hospital in Tulsa with head, internal, arm and leg injuries, the report states.

Passenger Quentin Chaplin, 23, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He was admitted to St. Francis Hospital in critical condition, the report states.

Dylan Borovetz, 9, and Jordan Borovetz, 13, were also admitted to St. Francis Hospital in critical condition.

Christopher Crutchfield, 7, who was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected, was admitted to St. Francis Hospital in critical condition as well, the report states.

Clara Chaplin and Dillion Borovetz were pinned in the vehicle for an unknown length of time and extricated by the Broken Arrow and Coweta Fire and Rescue Departments.

The cause of the collision is unknown, the report states.
