Mullin schedules telephone town hall

U.S. Rep. Markwayne Mullin will have a District 2 telephone town hall from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 27, a media release states.

“Telephone town halls are an excellent opportunity for people who cannot make it to a traditional daytime town hall meeting due to schedule conflicts, work or driving distance,” Mullin said in the release. “This way, from their homes, people will still be able to listen and participate in a discussion about the issues important to our district and our country.”

Mullin said anyone can call into the meeting using the following information:

Phone Number: (877) 229-8493.

Participant Code: 111439.

“I encourage everyone to join in this meeting,” he said. “This is an important time for our country, and there are many pressing issues facing Congress. I appreciate hearing people’s position on the issues and being accountable to those I am privileged to represent.”

During the call, Mullin will give a brief introduction and then open the lines for questions from constituents. He will take as many questions as possible.
