Firefighters practice high-rise rescues

Driver Justin Weidel scales a wall at Sadler Arts Academy on Monday as Muskogee firefighters complete ropes training as trainers and others observe from the roof. Assistant Chief John Tipton said the course is designed to teach firefighters how to rescue victims from high-rise buildings, bridges or areas where the terrain is steep.
