Woman suspected of DUI in crash

A Muskogee woman suspected of driving drunk was injured in a single-vehicle crash late Monday near Okay.

Jenifer Renee Bodirsky, 25, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet pickup south on North 49th Street East in Wagoner County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Her pickup veered right on the two-lane road and struck a utility pole at about 10:45 p.m., according to OHP. The crash happened about a tenth of a mile north of Okay.

OHP stated alcohol caused the collision.

Airbags did not deploy and seatbelts were not in use.

Bodirsky sustained trunk and internal injuries. She was flown to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

A hospital employee said Bodirsky was in good condition Tuesday evening.
