Gun, drug suspect surrenders at sheriff's office

A Webbers Falls man authorities have been searching for has turned himself in, said Ryan Lowe, an investigator with the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office.

Clinton Tyrel Mullins, 32, surrendered to authorities at the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday afternoon, Lowe said.

Authorities conducted a search warrant at Mullins’ house last week and officers seized rifles and a go-cart that were allegedly stolen, plus methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Eight guns also were seized.

Authorities recovered guns this week that they believed Mullins possessed, Lowe said.

Mullins was wanted on complaints of possession of firearm after former felony conviction, possession of stolen firearm, knowingly concealing stolen property, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and possession of marijuana, Lowe said.
