Work proceeds on NSU lot

A track hoe with Progress Excavating moves a culvert box while working on the Bill Willis Parking Lot on the south end of the Northeastern State University campus in Tahlequah. Williams Construction is the main contractor. According to the NSU website, the lot at Muskogee and Goingsnake streets is for faculty parking. The website said the existing storm drain needed repair.
