ICTC names top students for April

— Indian Capital Technology Center’s students of the month for April are Trenda Slape, a post-secondary radiologic technology student; Hilldale High School junior Petra Tapia, a health careers certification student; and Hilldale High School senior Courtni Triplett, cosmetology student.

“Trenda is an excellent student who currently has a 98 percent average in the Rad Tech program,” said Tracy Porter, radiologic technology instructor. “She is always dedicated to her studies and demonstrates quality clinical care as a health care worker.”

“Petra is an exceptional student who is punctual, hardworking, and respectful to her instructors and fellow classmates,” said Carol Williams, ICTC health careers certification instructor. “She has recently interviewed for the Practical Nursing Program here at Indian Capital Technology Center, where she will complete her LPN degree.”

“Courtni is a very hard worker and goes above and beyond to achieve excellence,” said Vanessa McClure, ICTC cosmetology instructor. “She is very conscientious of her work ethic in and out of the classroom.”
