SULLIVAN, Jeffrey Ray. Uttering forged instrument (three counts); unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute; knowingly concealing stolen property (two counts); child neglect; possession of firearm during commission of felony. Order revoking suspended sentences March 20. Three five-year and one four-year concurrent sentences in prison.
