Event raises funds for Junior Achievement

— Patrons sample appetizers at the first stop on the Roughers Restaurant Crawl benefiting Junior Achievement on Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. More than 40 tickets were sold to the Roughers Restaurant Crawl. The appetizers were prepared by Muskogee’s Momma C, Cassandra Gaines. “Everybody’s really gotten behind this. It’s our second year,” said Brian Jackson, development manager, Junior Achievement Oklahoma. “It was a better turnout then last year.  It’s a growing community event, 100 percent donated and raising community awareness for Junior Achievement,” Jackson said.
