BREAKING NEWS: Sketches on Wagoner County Thanksgiving Day shooting released

— OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt met with shooting and robbery victim Kenneth Payne to draw sketches of the two suspects in the Wagoner County Thanksgiving Day crime.

Payne, 73, was shot several times Nov. 24 at Toppers gun range. Four guns and his gun buggy were stolen.

Sketch one is that of possibly a Hispanic male in his late 50s with a light complexion. He stood approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed about 160 to 165 pounds.

The second sketch is that of the second suspect who has dark curly hair that extends to the back of his shirt collar. He also stands approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. This man is in his mid to late 30s.
