Three men arrested late Tuesday after deputies found drugs, guns and a stolen motorcycle at a home in Haskell are expected to be charged today.
• Dustin Roberts, 22, of Haskell on complaints of public intoxication and eluding arrest.
• Corey Phorn, 18, of Coweta on complaints of possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.
• Cole Ozinga, 29, of Haskell on complaints of knowingly concealing stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Muskogee County Sheriff’s Lt. Mike Grace said he and Deputy Robbie Jackson responded to an anonymous tip of potential domestic violence in the 400 block of Haskell’s Duncan Street.
“We made contact at the address, and we’ve dealt with (Ozinga) before,” Grace said. “All of a sudden (Roberts) comes running out of the house.”
Grace said he and Jackson detained Roberts and then searched the house. They immediately found marijuana and drug paraphernalia he said. In a bedroom, they found methamphetamine, more paraphernalia and two handguns under a mattress.
They also discovered a 1992 Honda dirt bike that had been reported stolen in Gillette, Wyo. Ozinga told deputies that he had bought it from someone for $100.
Roberts is set for the June disposition docket on previous charges of knowingly concealing stolen property.
