P.M. UPDATE: Sadler hosting Veterans Memorial Run set

Sadler is hosting the Veterans Memorial Run at 8 a.m. Nov. 9. The run will help send our seventh- and eighth-graders on an eight-day trip to Washington DC. But more than that, 20 percent of the profits will go toward a monument in the downtown area to honor Muskogee County veterans.

Sadler officials are working alongside several organizations to see that this is successful, including the VA Regional Hospital, Veteran’s Administration Call Center, The Chamber of Commerce, and The Muskogee Running Club.

Cost is $25.
