Fight at pool hall under investigation

— Police are investigating an alleged assault at O’Gannins, a pool hall and arcade, a press release stated.

The release, sent by Lt. Bobby Lee, states that police responded to a fight call Friday just before midnight at the business, in the 2200 block of East Shawnee Bypass. A juvenile there told officers that he had been assaulted and Tased by an employee after he was asked to leave.

Officer Bryan Wilkins found that several patrons and employees were involved in the altercation, the release says.

Lee said no arrests were made, and investigators will attempt to obtain video of the altercation. That video will be sent to the Muskogee County District Attorney’s Office, which will determine whether to file charges.
