OGE taking applications for grants for teacher projects

— OGE Energy Corp. is accepting applications for the company’s teacher grant program until June 7.

Teachers at public schools in the OGE service area are eligible to apply for a grant up to $1,000 to fund creative projects focusing on math, science and reading.

The program is open to pre-K through 12th grade in communities in Oklahoma.

Applications, guidelines and a complete list of the cities in Oklahoma served by OG&E are available online at oge.com.
