Former resident competes for title of Mrs. Oklahoma 2014

— Former Muskogee resident and 1986 graduate of Muskogee High School Elizabeth Hill was chosen from a field of applicants throughout the state to compete for the title of Mrs. Oklahoma America 2014 on March 22 in Guthrie. Hill’s commitment to raising her children with a strong sense of giving back as well as her commitment to marriage was significant in her being chosen for the title of Mrs. Oklahoma City.

Hill and her family reside in Oklahoma City where she is employed as the district purchasing agent for Moore Public Schools.

Hill’s husband Tre, a retired Air Force service member, is employed with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. The couple has four boys — Tre, Alex, Nikolaus and Ryen.

Hill will compete in three categories for the Mrs. Oklahoma title: personal interview, swimsuit, and evening gown.

Contestants for the Mrs. Oklahoma America Pageant must be married and live in the county they represent.

The winner will receive a prize package worth thousands of dollars and will go on to compete for the title of Mrs. America in September in Tucson, Ariz. The Mrs. America Pageant is the only nationally televised pageant for married women in the country.
