City councilors take oath of office

Muskogee Municipal Judge Bart Fite, right, administers the oath of office to the four city councilors who were elected during the regular election in January. Pictured from left are Councilors David Jones, Ward I, Marlon Coleman, Ward IV, Ivory Vann, Ward III, and James Gulley, Ward II. Gulley and Jones were re-elected to third terms. Coleman and Vann were elected for the first time. The councilors will serve four-year terms as part of the nine-member panel.
