FG kids to speak on preserving Dawes lawyer's papers

— Three Rivers History Explorers will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the conference room at Three Rivers Museum, 220 Elgin St.

Fort Gibson High School's advanced placement history class will present the program about their preservation project. The students have organized and preserved the contents of an old trunk that includes early 1900s documents of a Dawes Commission lawyer.

The students will take a tour of the museum and the museum’s archives before the meeting.
