A Muskogee man already facing charges of unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute is facing similar charges.

Moss was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute and possession of contraband (weapons/explosives/drugs/intoxicating beverage/lowpoint beer/money) by an inmate.

Court documents state that Moss was arrested Tuesday as the result of a traffic stop.

Moss is scheduled to appear in Muskogee County District Court on July 18 for a preliminary hearing on multiple charges filed against him in December, court documents state.

Moss was arrested in December at 529 N. Sixth St., after authorities served a search warrant.

He is charged with felony counts of trafficking in illegal drugs, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, child neglect (two counts) and knowingly concealing stolen property.

He also is charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
